Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation for 15 days with

maceration. Aged partly in barrels and  partly in steel tanks for 12 months and then in a bottle

Characteristics: Ruby red with aromas of cherry, blackberry and spices

NOTE: The wine has not been subjected to any clarification and filtration, so the presence of any deposits on the bottom of the bottle means that it is natural
