Il Porcospino Lilla

Vinification: Soft pressing of the grape. Fermentation with long maceration for over 30 days. Aged in French oak barrels for 14  months and then in a  bottle.

Characteristics: Deep red colour, fine and firm, currants, chocolate and tobacco, graphite and pepper. Long finish, well-marked tannins.

NOTE: The wine has not been subjected to any clarification and filtration, so the presence of any deposits on the bottom of the bottle means that it is natural
