Vinification: Cryomaceration over a period of 24 hours, then soft pressing

and fermentation in steel at low temperature. Aging in steel lasts for 6 months.

Characteristics: Straw yellow color, intense and complex aroma with hints of sweet white fruit, well structured, fresh, flavourful, supported by acidity
