La Farfalla Verde

Vinification: de-stemming and soft pressing of grape with short contact between the skins and the must. The must have a  static clearing for 12/24 hours, with a 16 degrees of fermentation. Aged partly in steel tanks and a small part into the wood for some months

Characteristics: Intense cherry colour and its taste in the mouth is full and fleshy but also fresh, mineral and tactile
