La Civetta Rossa

Vinification: Soft pressing of the grape. Fermentation and maceration for 20 days

Aged partly in steel tanks  and partly in French oak barrels for 14 months and then in a  bottle

Characteristics: Intense ruby red, aromas of cherries and plums, licorice, tobacco. Plenty of  tannins

NOTE: The wine has not been subjected to any clarification and filtration, so the presence of any  deposits on the bottom of the bottle means that it is natural
